EU right of withdrawal form
This form is provided to satisfy requirements under Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights (model withdrawal form, Annex I, Part B), as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673.
You do not need to submit this form to request a refund or exchange. You may instead follow the procedures set out in our return policy, without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal or any other legal rights to which you are entitled.
Our return policy already provides for a 14-day return period and still applies, including that you must follow our instructions to return any items purchased.
You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods, or after the day of the conclusion of the contract for services.
