Refund policy

Returns via BOX NOW

  • If your order was delivered via BOX NOW, you can return it using a BOX NOW locker. To do so:
  • Open a BOX NOW locker using the 10-digit shipping number found in the delivery message.
  • Place your product in the locker.

In the case of a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:

    • Greece: €1.50
    • Cyprus: €7.00

In the case of a product exchange, the first exchange is not subject to return costs.

If you have not kept the original label and have repackaged the parcel, you will need to write the parcel number with a marker or pen on the packaging. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.

Returns via ACS Courier

If your order was delivered via ACS Courier, returns can be made from any ACS store. You will need to go to the nearest ACS store and request a shipment with "recipient charge" using the following details:

In the case of a refund, the return shipping fee (€3.50 for ACS) will be deducted from your refund.

In the case of a product exchange, the first exchange is not subject to return costs.

All other returns (EU and International orders)

Use the ACS Courier address mentioned above and your chosen shipping method. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Returns from countries outside the EU may also incur customs charges, duties, or taxes, which are borne by the customer.

General Return Terms

All products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with their hygiene stickers intact, and accompanied by the order receipt. Products listed as NON-RETURNABLE are not accepted for return.

All swimwear, including swimsuits and bikinis, have a hygiene sticker to ensure there is no direct contact with the skin during trial. Products with the sticker removed or damaged are not accepted for return.

Unauthorized or non-standard returns may be rejected. In such cases, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.

Refunds and Credit Balance

Refunds are processed once the returned products are checked and accepted, usually within 3-5 business days. Refunds for credit or debit card orders are made through the original payment provider. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made via bank transfer, and any bank charges are borne by the customer.

Credit balance, if issued, will be in the form of a voucher, valid for 1 year from the date of return.

Refund Charges

In the case of a refund, the original shipping costs (as well as any cash-on-delivery fee, where applicable), as well as the return shipping costs mentioned above, are deducted from the total refund amount.

For returns from countries outside the EU, additional customs charges, duties, or taxes may apply, which are borne by the customer.
